Returns are accepted within 20 days of receipt of your order.
Merchandise in new condition, within original undamaged packaging, may be
returned for a refund, less shipping, and 12% handling charges. Due to the
nature of Oral and Urine products they are not refundable. Refills are not
refundable. Indicate the reason for your return, wrap the package securely
